By accessing or using the ba9 platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. ba9 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming company. These Terms apply to Bangladesh and all other countries where ba9 provides its services.

• Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all will be closed.

• ba9 may request a national ID or other documentation for identity verification at any time.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact ba9 Support immediately.
• Keep your phone number and email address up to date, as OTPs and notifications will be sent to them.

You can deposit to your ba9 account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made via a third party will be returned and the account will be subject to verification.
• ba9 does not charge any deposit fees — however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once they have been used to place a bet.

Your account must be fully verified before withdrawing winnings from ba9. Identity verification is mandatory prior to your first withdrawal.

• Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for your deposit (in compliance with our anti-money laundering policy).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 and the maximum is ৳1,00,000 per day (standard members).
• VIP and high roller members are subject to separate, higher withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–72 hours after verification.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold in cases of incomplete verification or suspicious activity.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

All ba9 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: New members only. Get up to 150% bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement: 30x.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly or monthly. A specific promo code is required. Wagering requirement: 20x.
• Cashback: Based on weekly net losses. 10%–25% depending on VIP tier. No wagering requirement (at Diamond tier).
• Tournament Prize: Credited directly to your account. No wagering required.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the accounts being closed.
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.

All bets placed on ba9 are subject to our general betting rules. In the event of any dispute, ba9's decision is final.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via Live Bet cash-out).
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• ba9 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious technical error in the odds is identified.
• In Live Betting, any bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted.
• Betting based on match-fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba9. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to use ba9 for money laundering or processing funds from illegal activities.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or breach ba9's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment account.

Ba9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for specific reasons.

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found, your account may be closed without prior notice.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents may result in restrictions on withdrawals and deposits.
• Members who wish to close their account must submit a written request to Support.
• If an account is closed, any valid balance (subject to conditions being met) will be returned.
• If fraud is proven, all balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
